Robert Deller, President, founded Transport Systems with a partner in 1985. He served as Executive Vice President before becoming President in June 2004. Bob has over 30 years experience within the warehouse and transportation industry. He has been Director of Transportation for Cooper Jarrett and Oneida Motor Freight. From 1982 to 1985, he was General Manager at Freight Traffic Services, a third-party logistics provider. Bob is a graduate of Rutgers University and is active in the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Warehouse Education and Research Council.
Chris Baumann, Executive Vice President, joined Transport Systems Inc. as a partner in July, 2004. He is responsible for contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company, as well as supporting business development efforts. Before joining TSI, Chris held sales and management positions with USCO Logistics and Kuehne & Nagel, where he served as Vice President, Supply Chain Solutions for the Healthcare Industry and was responsible for developing sophisticated global supply chain solutions for multi-national companies. Chris is actively involved in promoting supply chain education initiatives at Rutgers SCM Graduate School and industry organizations such as CSCMP, APICS, and Warehouse Education and Research Council.
John Dabal, Vice President of Information Technology, is responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and migration of business information systems within the TSI logistic network. Before joining Transport Systems, John was the General Manager at State of the Art Medical Products for over eight years. Throughout his career John has held key management positions at both manufacturing and warehousing companies. John holds an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Undergraduate degree from St. Peter's College, Jersey City, NJ.
